Manchester has been one of our regular stops since we started in 2023. If you are looking for the truck on a Sunday, this is usually where it is.

Where to find us in Manchester

We park at Safe Storage, the old Southern Family Market building, and we are normally there Sundays from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM CENTRAL.

This is our up-to-date schedule. We are constantly adding dates, and because of catering and vacations they can change, so come back here or watch our home page for updates.

We are closed from December through the end of January.

Order before you get there

Every date on our schedule has its own ordering page, so you can put an order in ahead and pick up at the window instead of waiting. Click the event name on the home page and it takes you straight there.

What we cook

Twelve-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas, cooked in a wood-fired brick oven on the truck, about ninety to one hundred twenty seconds each. Our dough is special. It takes at least 32 hours to make, and is some of the most tasty dough you’ll ever have. We have a write-up on our dough-making process here. The menu, with prices, is here.

Catering in Manchester and Coffee County

We cater across Coffee County and the surrounding area: weddings, corporate events, graduations, parties, and family reunions. The oven comes with us, so a venue with no kitchen is not a problem. We are self-contained so we don’t need power or water hookup.

We cater events from 50 to 275 guests, and sometimes more or less.

Asking about a date

Send the type of event, the date, the location with city and state, the start time and how long you need us, and your estimated guest count. That is enough for us to give you a real answer rather than a request for more information.
