Catering in Fayetteville and Lincoln County
We cater across Lincoln County and the surrounding area: weddings, corporate events, graduations, parties, and family reunions. The oven comes with us, so a venue with no kitchen is not a problem. We are self-contained so we don’t need power or water hookup.
We cater events from 50 to 230 guests, and sometimes more or less.
Catering details are here, and if you are planning a wedding, we wrote a full guide to it.

What Fayetteville orders
Fayetteville is one of our biggest Kickin! Chicken towns. It starts on an Alabama white sauce with a little horseradish and cayenne in it, then grilled chicken and caramelized onions. Blue cheese goes on halfway through the bake to calm the heat down, and a drizzle of Frank’s Red Hot brings it back up at the end. Fayetteville also loves to build its own: you pick the base and the toppings.
Every pizza is a twelve-inch Neapolitan-style pizza, cooked in the wood-fired brick oven on the truck in ninety to one hundred twenty seconds, on dough that takes at least 32 hours to make. Here is how we make the dough, and the full menu with prices.
