Catering With Pyro Pies Wood Fired Pizza

Whether you are looking for pizza food truck wedding catering, event catering, party catering, or any other kind of catering, Pyro Pies Pizza is a unique and fun option!

We usually set up an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet, or we can serve "Family Style" to each table.

We cater to events up to around 175 people (we can do larger events, so please contact us for details if your event is more than 175 people).

We stretch the dough, build the pizza, and cook the pizza fresh in our mobile wood-fired brick oven food truck.

You can choose multiple pizza topping options from our menu, or even make your own "Signature Specialty" pizza unique to your event!

We also have appetizer and salad options like:

• Individually portioned salads with romaine/iceberg lettuce, fresh cherry tomatoes, fresh-cut English cucumbers, and fresh-shredded carrots, and your choice of dressing, and topped with fresh-grated Asiago cheese.

• Self-Serve Salad in large bowls, with romaine/iceberg lettuce, fresh cherry tomatoes, fresh-cut English cucumbers, and fresh-shredded carrots, and your choice of dressing.

• A delicious Meatball dish that features a "kicked up" version of our Classic Tomato sauce, 2" meatballs, covered with mozzarella cheese and baked to a golden brown in our wood-fired oven

• Pasta salad featuring fresh veggies, a homemade Italian dressing and HOMEMADE EGG PASTA made in our sister truck "It's Loaded" (It's Loaded features Loaded Mac and Cheese using daily-made homemade pasta, Loaded Giant Baked Potatoes, and Loaded Ice Cream Sandwiches with homemade cookies made from scratch!)
