Pyro Pies Wood Fired Pizza is a food truck based in Coalmont, Tennessee. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, only what you choose to send us, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone.
What you send us
If you use the catering inquiry form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of your event, such as the date, location, start time, guest count and any notes.
We use that information for one thing, which is answering your inquiry and, if you book us, arranging your event. It is emailed to us, and a private copy is also saved in the password-protected back end of our website, where only we can see it. That copy is never shown on the site itself. It exists so an inquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send newsletters, and we do not share or sell your details to anyone.
If you email or call us directly, we use what you tell us in the same way.
Ordering
Online ordering is handled by EasyEats, a separate company. When you order through the Order Online links on this site, you leave pyropies.com and the details needed to take and pay for your order go to EasyEats, not to this website. How EasyEats handles that information is set out in EasyEats’ own privacy policy.
What this website collects on its own
This site does not use cookies to track you, does not run analytics, and does not use advertising or tracking pixels, including the Meta or Facebook pixel.
Two things happen that are worth knowing about:
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like almost every web host, their servers record standard technical details about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address, as it would for any site using Google Fonts.
Our Facebook app
We use a Facebook app called Pyropies Posting to publish posts, such as our weekly schedule, to our own Pyro Pies Facebook Page.
That app only posts to our Page. It does not collect, access or store any information about visitors to this website or about people on Facebook, and it does not ask anyone to log in with Facebook.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Seeing or deleting your information
If you have sent us an inquiry and want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email us at pyropiespizza@gmail.com or call (931) 201-9555, and we will take care of it.
Changes
If what this site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
